*** Notice! There is a difference between the Steam offerings and the Legacy/Boxed editions in terms of the installation, Folder structures, and in some cases the Files themselves, while the Games themselves will play identically to the best of my knowledge. However, when it comes to using Legacy Mods you will need the Legacy versions of the Games for them to work. I will be covering this and other issues in due course, and you can of course visit the Community Forums about them.
Where to buy:
Close Combat direct from the publisher, often with special editions and boxed copies.
Best for DRM‑free ownership and running older titles smoothly. Put Close Combat into the Search Box.
The Close Combat Bundle on Steam for the whole Shooting Match. However, you can select each individual Game from the List.
Main hub for Close Combat discussions, mods, After Action Reports (AARs), and multiplayer matchmaking. Look for 'Close Combat Series' in the List.
Nostalgia threads, fixes, and chatter around the DRM‑free classic releases.
Publisher’s official forum with announcements, support threads, and community matchmaking.
If you have or know of a Community Close Combat Site dedicated to and active, we would be pleased to include a Link here.
Please contact us and let us know, with a brief word about it would be appreciated! Thanks.
